2009 Season Club and Individual Memberships

Welcome to the AAU 2009 Membership year. Your Advisory Council is working to set the calendar and location for the District Qualifying Tournaments for the 2009 year. Our Annual Sport Meeting will be held in Greensboro in November, so you will need to register your club and your individual contacts by October 1st to receive notice of that meeting. We will announce time and location on this news page after October 1st for those interested parties who might like to attend for the information.

We have some new things for this year, as we are working to place our Tournament Entry information on the National Web site where you will be able to enter you Tournament Roster and upload your Birth Documents without mailing these items to Greensboro. You will only send the Tournament Entry form, the Lineup sheet and your Certified funds by the tournament entry deadline. The roster you enter on the National Web site by our entry date will be your Official Roster for our DQT's.

The National IT Department is adding some new and easy to access things for club administrators on your AAU Access pages. Once you have registered your 2009 club, you will be able to use them.  We are thinking of a new name for that area. If you have suggestions, please forward them to me and I'll take them to the IT Department in your name. Some staff suggestions include: Club Center and Club Portal. But, I'd like something a little less technical.
